Web Development for Property Rental Company

General information for the website: Valet Apartments is a specialist provider of premium accommodation in London Kind of development: We are developing a custom system for managing our properties and reservations, transitioning from Google Sheets. The project is being led by our internal web developer, and you will be supporting her in expediting the conclusion of the project. Description of every page/module: The data to be transitioned includes a large database of reservations (similar to a hotel) and a large set of information on residential properties. Once we have transitioned the information, we need to recreate approximately 12 reports currently made by Pivot Tables within the new system. These should be dynamic (within browser) and exportable (PDF, email, etc.). Description of requirements/features: The system is to be broken down into different sections including Calendar, Dashboard, Reports ect... Requirements will be communicated from the SRS. Specific technologies required: PHP, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript(jQuery & Ajax) Extra notes: NO AGENCIES, only direct freelancers. Must be based in Europe with no more than 3 hours time difference from UK time (GMT).
