Web development - LAMP & MEAN stack -- 2

We need going maintenance and development on a Laravel and codeigniter projects for at least 6 months. All of the following skills are required: PHP5, PHP7, PHP CLI, Bootstrap, jQuery, Javascript, Linux shell, Git version control, Stripe, MySql Database concepts, SQL, Sound OOP and design patterns knowledge. Knowledge of Node.js or Perl will be added bonus. knows modern best practices in PHP and PHP7 features, Familiar with composer, Must be linux lover, uses linux bash shell on day to day basis - not just to run script but interact and work directly on remote server, - write shell scripts as needed, Familiar with Git, Hands on experience with Redis, Perl and Node.js expertise will be added bonus. Who should NOT bid: Your highest qualification is not in computers or you don't hold degree in computers from well known universities but just did some short crash course of programming and started bidding. You passed out from college 2015 or later. You personally don't do programming. Agencies or project managers don't bother.
