Website design + shopping cart design using Wordpress+Woocommerce

We need a shopping cart website to include certain requirements: 1.- Facebook store integration 2.- SEO Management 3.- Easy product management, CSV upload and simple 4.- Social Networks integration for sharing content 5.- Reviews for each product 6.- Pricing per customer classification (Retail and Wholesale with different prices). Store must show retail prices, and once the customer registers on the website and create a user, and we approve to give wholesale discounts, then they can see different prices. 7.- Customer sign in using facebook, google or instagram. 8.- Newsletter system. Website structure: -Home +Most selled product banner with product show +Featured Products banner with product show +New Product banner with product show -Categories ("n" number of categories) with page -Subcategories ("n" number of categories) with page ***Products may have variants, to be selected by customers. ***Related products per view of each product. -Searchbar -Checkout (we will probbably use Paypal) -Admin Panel to include tools for reviewing sales progress +Orders Panel +Users Panel +Products management pages We investigated this Wordpress+Woocommerce and found out it includes what we need, but we do not want to get into designing etc, so we need a good designer to prepare and complete our project and do everything needed to start running the website.
