We are a company that is mainly dedicated to the maintenance business. Within our services include that our customers can access an internal forum where they see the interventions made, parts of jobs etc.
We are currently working with a for phpBB version 3.0.8.
The structure of the forum that we want is the following:
There are a series of forums grouped by countries, which within have grouped pro companies and grouped by stations, within each of the stations we have a few forums:
- NOT SCHEDULED: it is a forum where operators open new topics. When a theme is created, it should be possible to assign some keywords through some drop-down menus, depending on the first drop-down the second one appears, etc. So that later you can search for topics by these keywords.
- MANUALS: is a forum where only documentation ordered by folders is hung
- REPORTS: is a forum where pdfs are posted monthly
- LINKS: is a forum that redirects us to other webs of the group
In addition to this, at present, there is a section that users can see that are links to Skype users to make calls. We wanted to improve it and to act as a call center where a series of "users" can receive inquiries or even receive calls from other registered users.
At the level of permissions, there are users, administrators, moderators and users, all of them are in groups and users' permissions are given from the groups. Depending on the group, more or less things can be done.
The forum must be multi-language
Currently we already have a forum created (but we do not have the linking of the topics to search by keywords)
What we are looking for is someone to make us a new forum more current and that can incorporate the issues of search for incidents.
