The website needs to have the similar functionality to those examples :

Functions:

Settings can be changed in admin panel
6. It doesn't store file on the server, it streams it to user directly
7. OCH Premium accounts module - One-Click-Hoster Premium accounts admin panel with possibility to view, add, edit and check premium accounts validity and expiry date
8. Remote UPLOAD possibility to the different one-click-hosters.
9. It should have the ability to accept payments directly on my site using many popular payment methods and different monthly subscriptions (f.e paypal, alertpay (payza),Moneybookers ,...)
[login to view URL] should have a user management system (With user groups -> Free User, User, Premium User, reseller and an IP locator. full user management in admin panel with possibility to add, edit, delete, ban user accounts.)
