Website - Ranking and voting system

I would like to build a website (also available for Android and maybe for IOS) to rank people: APPEARANCE-> Beatiful appearance, but very simple construction, just the basics; SUMMARY-> On front page will appears the explanation of the intent of the website, passing pictures, maybe a short vídeo, and below, the ranking with top voted people, along side there´s a big image where the application will collect these top ranked people and they also will be presented over the image according to the people´s type; LOGIN-> Users will create their own login (or log via facebook/ google); his own Picture is mandatory; ROLE OF THE APPLICATION-> At first, the users will choose to vote to rank someone or to be voted by, (inserted on the list) every member can do both ways; While voting, also is required to select the type for each person; They will search the person that he/she is interested on in a search bar (database of the website) and select this person, and then attribute him/her a vote. (This vote is recorded on the website database to be counted). It also enable users to filter by region and the data base retrieves back people of that selected region, by doing that, the user can flow over the resultant list and check if he/she knows someone and if wish to vote on someone. Only ~25 first person on the list will be shown; Aside of each ones names and picture it is located the classification rating bar; The user can look for his own position on the list; This application have a visible share button, in order to make easy to the users to share and recruit more users; Application will also enable users to filter by region, by type of person and the application will retrieve back information only of that specific filter applied; Users will accept the website policy (Option to read full Terms&Conditions) The application will be first published in Portuguese Brazil language, with possibility to go global; I would like to get suggestions from freelancer to enable the site do have Adwords Ads and how can I have revenue with traffic; THE CODE-> I will have full access of the programming code and I will be the owner of it, NDA signed and not allowed to share anything about; DESIGN -> Video/ Good Representative Images/ Logo – to be supplied by myself, the owner; MARKETING-> To promote it through Ads on Google/ Social Network..what else? MISCELANEOUS-> Please consider all other website recommendations, Header, Adress and so on..
