Website translation

This is an hourly job to translate and localize a website into Japanese. The work will consist of: - Verifying the translation of approximately 150 currency names - Verifying the translation of approximately 230 country/territory names - Translation of approximately 200 strings. The majority of the strings to be translated are just a few words. All translations will be done using a browser-based web application we provide. In other words, to do the translation, you will log in to a website we provide. You will translate currencies / strings one by one. As you complete each one, you will mark it as complete and move on to the next one. As you save your translations, you will be able to check your work on the site. Therefore, it should be easy for you to check your work as you go. My preference is to work with a native English speaker who is available through Skype. You should also be efficient, pay attention to detail and be absolutely committed to delivering a professional work product. It's possible we'll have similar projects in the future. After a contractor has been selected, I will likely spend 30 - 60 minutes reviewing the task and approach with the contractor using Skype (voice and screen share) My goal is to have this work completed in no more than 7 days from the date of hire.
