WHM/cpanel needs installing on Vultr

Before going forward do you had opened the smtp outbound traffic for your a/c as in vultr the smtp outbound traffic is blocked by default resulting you will not be able to send emails through apps from your own mail server or even though if you use any 3rd party smtp provider. Good afternoon, I can assist in completing the install and configuration of WHM/cPanel, once the base install is complete it will be secured to industry standards and configured to your requirements. May I ask why the disk cache? Typically caching to disk is slower than something like Redis (ram caching) I have over 12 years of Linux experience and 11 of these managing systems such as cPanel in a variety of environments including shared hosting/dedicated setups.
