WHMCS module for Siberian CMS

I need a module creating for Siberian CMS ([login to view URL]), which uses ionic framework. So the idea is, someone can create an WHMCS app within Siberian CMS, which will link to their WHMCS install. So if they are a web host for example, people will be able to purchase and manage their cPanel hosting packages / domains and etc via the app created within WHMCS. So it will basically be there WHMCS client area, but in an app built with the ionic framework in Siberian CMS. So whatever they offer on WHMCS, be it domains, hosting, services, etc it will be able to be purchased and managed through the app. Please let me know if you need any further information or clarification.
