WP Wholesale Prices not displaying - fix

We have a live site running Woocommerce and WP Wholesale Prices. We are able to add wholesale prices in the backend correctly, but when we log in as a Wholesale Customer the wholesale prices are not being displayed. We need this fixed. We also need Woocommerce to INCLUDE VAT @ 20% on retail sales and to ADD VAT at 20% on wholesale orders. We will give full admin access and ftp access to the chosen provider. Remember this is a live site. Needs done as quickly as possible. Be realistic with price as we always need freelancers able to work fast and accurately.
