Woocommerce Based Website - Custom Plugin Fix Needed

We are Wordpress/Woocommerce based.
Recently one of our plugins (and it's custom extension) started acting weird. The plugin is called "Gravity Forms WooCommerce Addons". Our previous developed custom edited the plugin to meet our needs, and also custom created an additional plugin (called "Gravity Forms WooCommerce Addons Paid") that allows our customers to bulk enter quantities.

Customers order in the right sidebar, and toward the bottom of the right sidebar there are boxes where they enter the quantities for each size needed. The sizes are duplicating though, and there are two sets of size boxes which is confusing. Only the bottom set works.
We need someone to edit our site or plugins so that only the bottom set of sizes shows up, and that it continues to work and lets customer bulk add sizes.
Ultimately we are looking for a longterm freelancer to work with who will be able to help each week or month when issues like this arise.
