Wordpress / Database - Tag Reconfiguration / Process (NSFW)

NSFW SITE I've accidentally added many posts on a wordpress site with tags which haven't been split, so I now have posts with tags like this: #cat,dog,mouse,horse And it should be: #cat #dog #mouse #horse What I need is someone to reprocess the tags which are like this and make sure the posts have the correct tags assigned to them. I could easily just remove the tags on the posts completely and just be left with one tag for each post but I don't want that, I'd like to have the posts all have the correct tags on them. It's not an overly complicated job for someone who can do the correct SQL queries. Thank you
