Wordpress Restaurant Site

SUMMARY New wordpress site for a restaurant, using the popular Avada theme. BACKGROUND Some progress has been made on a development server, but, by no means, is the site complete. This is NOT a simple site. There is a requirement for advanced transitions, possibly using javascript, but would prefer CSS3, so I need a proficient developer. The requirements are sourced from a Specification Document & a set of Wireframes. This is important, as these designs must be followed, and while not all the site pages required are detailed, the design elements must be implemented across all the pages, in accordance with the wireframes. SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS - Logo must collapse on scroll (the header is sticky) but expand on hover, more details later. This transition must be seamless (no screen flashing from refreshing the page). - Some images require multi speed, parallax behaviour, in opposite directions. - Fixed text elements on the edge of the container. - Consistent behaviours acrosss Safari, Chrome & Firefox DURATION - 2 - 3 full days (24 - 27hrs) PAYMENT - A small, initial deposit will be made, to start. Final payment made on completion. Bonus payment eligible for on time and quality work. - Budget $375 - $525 IMPORTANT NOTES - All work must be done on the development server. - Where images are required, but have not been supplied, placeholder images must be used. - Prefer CSS over JS - Additional plugins kept to a minimum. - Time wasters & false competence claims will receive a poor rating and no further payment.
