READ THE DESCRIPTION!!!! I am having a problem with my wordpress website, when I load the page the top header and nav bar load immediately but the page content below the nav bar takes around another 20 seconds to load. This problem does not happen all the time but only happens occasionally. I have asked my hosting provider and theme author and they both say that they cannot see any problem, but there clearly is a problem! Please check these links and see if you can see the same problem. It does happen all the time if the cache is cleared. I personal think that it is the non scaled images that is causing the problems. It adds immensely to the # of HTTP requests and the images will not load causing the blank space. I will be investigating the problem and if you do not find someone then I will be willing to take on the job.
