Work Attendance PHP, MySQL, HTML

Work attendance website is to be created using PHP, HTML and MySQL technologies. This system will be used on Linux, windows and Linux variant platforms using Apache server. Workers login to the computer terminals for their use; their login details will be checked in the database against their information: Username and password, Work they are attending which is related to their username, That they are attending the right part of workplace, which is allocated to them (time slot matching), and the day of the login is not in the excluded days such as holidays etc. A pop up window will appear at set intervals and if the worker closes this then only the worker is validated as being. All the data is held on mysql database. Test cases for each element of the system are to be created and implemented and documented in a simple spreadsheet. The system will be mostly administered by the administrator/s who will have full access to the system and will be able to create/amend/delete the following: · Worker · TypeOfWork · WorkroomDesignations · WorkAllocation · WorkAttendance Administrator will also be setting up the Statistics, which could be viewed by the owner of the company. Automated email system is to be added which will automatically send email to the owner if a particular worker has not attended certain percentage of assigned work. Workers will have no access to the system apart form the webpage of login and the one, which is displayed to them of welcome, and confirmation of work attendance. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
