Work with RETS feed for Real Estate Website

Important: Please read my instructions before you bid! My website is http://www.buyandsellbrooklynhomes.com. It gets RETS feed from my local MLS. The feed has many fields. Most of the fields have already been connected via RETS Connector, and are working. Here are the 5 problems I am facing now. These 5 problems are just 1% of what I need done to the website, they are just a start so I could find the right person for the job. Place a bid for solving these 5 problems, and send me a private message with your comments and suggestions for each of the 5 problems. 1) When you select Multi Family in Bay Ridge, it shows 38 Total Matches. And this is the correct number, because when I check on the MLS, it shows the same. The problem is when you click the Total Matches button to show the results, it only shows 4 results, instead of all 38. 2) I would like to make the Total Matches button more interactive. I want the button to look more high tech, and to show that it’s updating while the value changes (the value changes whenever you select different search criteria) 3) In Map Search - When you make a selection on the map (TRY IT) it still shows 1971 Total Matches. It doesn’t update until you click on one of the property types. It should update as soon as a selection on the map is made. 4) Do Single Family, Bay Ridge, Total Matches - Now open Sort By drop down menu and select Price Low To High (or any other option) - now it shows 0 results 5) Click on Show Advanced Options. It looks very disorganized. What are your ideas on how to organize these fields so it would look cleaner on desktop and mobile?
