The waveblades will be made out of a solid light weight injected pellet closed cell foam called EVA
Ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA), also known as poly (ethylene-vinyl acetate) (PEVA), This is the same
foam that CROC shoes are made from. The Waveblade will be made in one injection process, in one
part. The Lateral wing tips of the Waveblade will be reinforced and made of a strong thin plastic, to be
chosen later. The plastic should be slightly counter sunk to be level with the foam on the lateral wing
tips. The plastic should be held in place by some type of plastic rivets. (see file:newwaveblademodel3 withplastictips)
The waveblade itself and the hand cavity, which includes all five fingers, will be formed using a hand
model. The hand model or what I will call a PLUG or Mandril will be created from a digital 3d model
which has the ability to be manipulated so that the fingers can form and be placed perfectly to fit on
the temporary palm support. Once in proper position the palm support will be removed allowing the entire Waveblade to be solidly formed around the Hand model. This mandril will be purchased from a compamy called
[login to view URL] After the injection of the EVA pellets the mold will be heated which
will instantly expand the foam, At this time the mechanical hand model/ mandril/ plug will then be
extracted from the body of the waveblade part leaving a cavity in the exact shape of the hand model
or mandril. Using this method we will be able to make different size waveblades by inserting different
sized mandrills. The digital hand model will be the foundation for designing the Waveblade around
I need a fully engineered 3d cad model of the waveblade using all the enclosed artwork to create the final version. The waveblade will be made out of a special closed cell foam called EVA ([login to view URL] ) ( Think Croc Shoes) The color will be solid yellow. Because of the flexable qualities of the foam, the wing tips will be added to reinforce the tip from bending with plastic, (see file [login to view URL] )Here are the goals I have and what I want to achive in my 3d model of the waveblades in no certain order.
Follow along with the link to my dropbox file<<<<
1. In file “ hand in proper position on temporary palm [login to view URL]” we see how far above the secound knuckle the yellow material comes in a scalloped shape. Also see file “ [login to view URL] number 1-4 “
2. In File “hand in proper position on temporary palm [login to view URL]” we see the position of the digital hand model sitting on top the temporary palm support. The placement of the palm support on the waveblade bottom was calculated to be exactly where it needs to be and is critcal to ensuring that the digital hand model be placed on it in a natural arched position contouring to the shape of the palm support, Once the hand is placed in the correct position the palm support will be removed having done its job of positioning the hand model correctly. The hand model will then create the negative glove cavity. I would like it if the digital hand model can be around 7 ¾ in length, ( See file [login to view URL] )
The digital hand model will at some later date be used during the manufacturing process to create a mandrel or a plug in the shape of the Digital hand to create the cavity. The process is that the injection molder forces EVA foam pellets into the mold and then heats the mold. The foam grows around the mandrel creating the perfect negative of the Hand model or plug. The mandrel/plug/ handmodel is then pulled out of the mold to reviel the negaitive space identical to the hand model.

11. Here you will find the Hand compartment with The palm support and finger spaces in close up. I cut the glove upper off to reveal whats inside after the hand is formed from hand plug or mandril. I eventually fully cut off the upper finger covering so you can see what is in there as far as shape.

13. I want the inside hand cavity to be textured with a texture that will give you the feel and impression of NON-SLIP so that when the waveblades is wet it wont slip off the hand while swimming. The outside can be smooth or given some cool textures like scalloping but I will leave it up to you and suggest some ideas.

18. I want the waveblade model solid yellow except for the plastic wing tips which can be black or orange or red.
19. this product is going to be made out EVA foam (think Croc shoes) ([login to view URL] ) And so the foam is semiflexable which will make it necessary to have plastic wings (see in orange on enclosed picture) For extra strength.
20. I need animation of the product 360 degrees all around the Wavblade
21. I need animation of the hand in and out of the waveblade
22. I need animation showing the inside of waveblade ie,. the top lifting off revealing the inside
23. I am looking for someone who speaks english well and can communicate well.
24. I am looking for a budget of around $400-500 or less.
25. I am looking to have several phases of development by seeing a screen shot at each phase, which I will pay you for when we reach each phase and when we reach agreement on that phase we will then move on to the next phase. Each phase I will pay $50 Then $50 then $100 then 100 and then the final $100 at which time you will diliver the finished file with animations. This will ensure and protect me against lossing money to someone who is not capable of doing the work and only excepts the work to make money but who really doesnt have the skills to diliver the product.
26. If product is amazing there will be a bonus.
27. Please describe your plan if you think you can do
