Wordpress Website Questionnaire Plugin ----------------------------------------------------------------- The plugin will be a web form with questions for exporting in to a new wordpress site. Filling the form will auto generate the pages&content(4) and the logo image (1) on to the wordpress website when imported. Additional information provided will be a text file (2,3,5). When client presses submit on the form, the wordpress import is sent to my email address along with the text file. Questions: 1) Do you have a logo? | Click Here to Upload | No 2) Pick two theme colors for your website | Provide color pickers allowing 2 selections #000000 format 3)Pick your website features | Newsletter | Contact Form | Portfolio | Blog | 4) Type your page titles & content | + button to add new page with entry space for title and content to be typed in to 5) Company contact details | Space for address, post code, telephone number, general email address, fax address
