We are running multiple mobile repairing store. Need some software to manage those store. Develop a CRM in codeigniter which will do following 1) Multi Organisation / Store Support. (Each Store Details Should Be Hidden From Each Other) 2) Customer Module (Full Customer Details Like Name,Address,Phone,Referral Source etc) 3) Product/Service Module (List Of All Product/Service We Are Offering) 4) Invoice & Sales Module (Full Sales & Invoice Management) 5) Task / Repair Module (After Getting One Repair Request / Order Task Will Be Assigned To One Agent By Manager. Agent Will Repair And Set Various Status Of Order. ) After Getting Order Status Will Be "Under Processing" We Will Collect The Device From Customer House So There Should Be Status Of Pick Up Initiated/Picked up / in transit / Recived / Repair Started / Replaced Parts / Reparing Complete / Delivery Process Started etc. etc. 6) Inventory Module (Inventory Of Parts Of Devices) 7) Leads Module 8) Reporting 9) Customer Area With Order Management and Order Status Check
