Write some Software & upload output data to MYSQL database

Hello, Currently, we have two programs and both of them require manual work. (We have the source code of these two programs as well). The main goal is to automate the process that we do manually now. We would like our database to be updated daily automatically without manual work. The first program we have automatically downloads (21) raw excel data files from this website, converts it to .sql files using the field names & field types that we need. We then manually take these (21) generated output .sql files and truncate the (21) corresponding tables in our database. We then re-upload these new (21) files manually. The excel files on this website are updated daily and we would like to update our database daily too using the newest data automatically. Truncating and re-uploading (21) tables takes time to do manually especially when it’s a daily process. The 2nd program we have takes a single .txt file that’s on this website called “2017 YTD SR1A file“ that’s updated every Thursday of the week. We manually insert this raw .txt file into our program and it converts it into an .sql file with the field names/types that we need. We then truncate the “2017_SALES” table and replace it with the new output .sql file. After replcaing the table with the latest data, we run a MYSQL script to update the (21) county data tables with the latest “2017_SALES” data. Goal: One program that runs automatically daily that downloads the data, creates the output .sql’s using our field names/types and updates the database tables and then run the script. Requirements: You must speak fluent English. You must have past experience. You must have skype/teamviewer so we can share screens and show you some more details. You must complete this project within 3-5 days. *We're seeking a LONG TERM database expert. A "Go to" guy for any db related tasks.
