2 day Personality Development and Voice & Accent Training - open to bidding

Greetings from W3Global! W3Global is predominantly into US Staffing and also into various business services. Since we want to concentrate on training the IT Staffing process, we have observed some grey areas which we want to address and train the employees in those aspects. The core function of this process is having constant interactions with US based clients (Green Card/Citizens), which also involves Evaluation Skills, Negotiation Skills, Good PR skills, Good Voice & Decent Accent, etc. So we want you to cover the below mentioned topics or similar topics. • Voice and Accent training • Negotiation skills • Time Management • Stress Management • Body Language • Office, Telephone and Email etiquette's etc. Also kindly confirm, whether you will provide the training material (Soft copy) so that we will have the material handy prior to the training day. And finally please confirm the training fees along with your inputs. We will be doing in 2 batches, 1 in this month for 20 members between 26th Dec - 29th Dec (based on your availability) and another in Jan 2nd week for an approx batch size of 20. P.S.
