Facial Expression Recognition using Microfoft API

I need someone that can program using a microsoft API to perform analysis of facial and speech expressions in portuguese of two videos. One is a presidential debate, a full presidential debate, about two hours. The other is the "highlights" of the debate.

I want the outcome to be graphs (and tables with the rawdata) like in this article analyzing Clinton's and Trump's debate: [url removed, login to view]
