Receiving Bar Code Labels

We have a inventory/sales software called Fishbowl. It uses I-Reports.

The label may include: (options to turn off/on)

-Part Name

-Part Description

-Part weight/Dimensions

-Default location

-Bar Code

-Reorder points

The label will generate a label for each part ordered: Quantity 10 parts on a Purchase Order then it will need to print 10 labels.

My question is: In some cases we order large quantities of parts (example 500 quantity) and this report would then print 500 labels. Are we able to edit the quantity for each line item on the report differently if needed?

Could all PO parts show up on the report with the quantity of labels to print to match the Quantity ordered but, have it be editable when we see it to be a high quantity?
