3D Visualization through open standard and technologies

I am using Revit and 3ds to import my FBX file into unity. I have no problems with that except for some texturing issues which I don’t mind ignoring. What I’m trying to achieve here is to have Assest Info Models(AIM) to be displayed in Unity with the integration of open technologies. Using open source BIMserver environment to convert IFC model to COBie, exporting data from CMIS compliant (eg Drupal) and retrieve building maintenance data from FM database (eg Openmaint).
