Build a smart cash register

Build a smart cash register i.e a cash register that calculate the money being inserted through a slot and dispenses the exact change through another slot. i am also looking for someone who will do a cost analysis. $200 for cost analysis hardware skills required If bid must be higher please provide a breakdown I need someone that can build the hardware portion of smart register n I need that same person should be able to cost analysis now
