Being a part of telecom boutique with their range of products/services like eSIM/SIM sales, activation, provisioning and number management solution along with digital engagement solution for MVNOs/Telecom operators with 100+ customers in 65 countries touching 1.3 billion consumers across the globe. Being a Program Manager in Evolving Key Accounts in Europe, Africa, and South Asia, the key focus is to deliver Evolving's Cutting Edge Technologies to the Mobile Operators worldwide and help the Operators to re-invent the profitability in their existing business through technology and industry-specific solutions.
The key responsibilities I undertake are:
• Identifying the new revenue generation opportunities for the Operators within their existing business and proposing the new solutions.
• Delivering Evolving's industry-specific solutions to the Operators and partners.
• Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality and team member performance

• Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services
• Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle
