Edit and manage my book

I am writing a book which is to be published on March 18, 2019 and I require 2 editors who will weekly review the chapters I write. The job will be paid a $15/hour flat fee for upto 5 hours of work per week, with a potential raise if I am satisfied with the quality of work. I reserve all rights to dismiss you of your service if I am not mistaken: I will pay you for any work you have done till such time. Send me a small feedback on the following introduction as part of your proposal. Relevant information: the introduction is aimed at a young adult audience, international. The book that follows will be about 200 pages long. As a devout believer, I start with the words that have marked my religion for centuries now: I start in the name of God, from whom we all have been created and to whom we all will return at the end of this short life. I start in the name of the One whom I dedicate my existence and life to. I start not on an auspicious day, but on a day like any other days except for one factor: today I decided to write a book to help and inspire the person that I was once. Hopefully, this book serves that purpose for you. If not, it was still a goddamn good book :P
