AUSTIN, TEXAS PR/EVENT FREELANCER

We represent SPiN Ping Pong [[login to view URL]], the original ping pong destination founded in New York City merging sport, design, art and entrainment. We’re so excited to be entering the Austin market for our grand opening event on May 18th and we’re seeking 1-2 freelancers to support our opening. Please find deliverables below: Local Liaison: Meet and or visit location (when necessary and with notice/consideration) for client and or local vendor needs (i.e. orange carpet, step and repeat, etc.) On Site Support: Be on site and available all day May 12th (pre-activation stunt) and May 18th (duties may include assistance with Orange Carpet interviews, photo captures, VIP arrivals, managing volunteers, managing talent, etc.) Guest List (Supplementation): Provide feedback, add and supplement guest list to help support a curated list of notable VIPS in the community including influencers, editors/media, and corporations Volunteer Recruitment: Assist in retrieving volunteers for May 18th event to support PR team Interaction with ALAB team: determine most effective way to report progress and status updates (calls, emails, etc.)
