Automated Betfair Racing and Football Betting Application

Develop an application (app) in Python (with development notes) to my criteria ready for using with the Betfair live key. The app will place bets according to one of three staking methods. The app will check the results for an optional recovery method and also for logging purposes. This is for pre-event betting only, no in-play.
This project is for making the bulk of the app and the code will be checked and implemented by another coder.
*** Important: You will need to develop this app using your own resources and Betfair account for using the API delayed key or live key if you have it. I will not be sharing my live key or account details for security reasons.
I've made the app UI layout in separated sections for ease of understanding and the notes for each rule as clear as I could, but you will need a very good command of the English language as there might be questions best answered by a voice chat.
This is not a complicated app for someone who has made apps for Betfair before and who already has scripts/templates to simplify development. However, the attention to the strategy rule details must be perfect. If you have a better way to implement some functions, such as pre-made templates etc... great, I'm always open to suggestions.
This project will suit someone who already has experience with the Betfair API and has made similar apps before. I won't be accepting bids from those that don't have such experience.
Lastly, I've attached two pics of the basic concepts for the main page UI and and the " New Strategy" UI. The various inputs are grouped into sections. Most of it is self explanatory, or it should be if you have experience with sports betting apps. I have made detailed notes for every section but that can be given later.
