Hello, I wonder if you, as a first time user of this platform, missed some settings while posting this job. I understand that you want to hire an expert developer. However setting a lower limit of $50 per hour (if you did it intentionally) doesn't effectively filter out novice freelancers (that can still bid at those prices), while putting expert freelancers from countries with lower cost of living at a disadvantage, because they cannot offer their competitive rates directly. I personally would undertake this job at $30/hour. Though that may not matter because I learned about ONVIF from your job post :) But if no other bidders prove to have hand-on experience with ONVIF, then I am ready to demonstrate my ability to efficiently tackle unfamiliar problems. In relation to this particular project I can mention that on two occasions I delivered software for hardware that I didn't have access to. Best regards, Leon
