Possible activity: - Stopping in Achorage Area - Stopping in Jetty 1/2/3/4 (below is the image of vessel movement seen on our dashboard, raw gps data will be provided) DURATION Main Development: 1 month after the Award (predicted actual working hours: 5 days) Bug Fixing: 2 months after the User Acceptance Test (UAT) is completed CRITERIA & PROCEDURE FOR THE AWARD We will decide based on : - Your proposal on how you are going to reach our objective - Your qualification and previous experiences match with this project - Your Quotation. FYI, the AMOUNT you put into the freelancer system is considered final. We will decide based on that.. DELIVERABLES: 1- Readable Source Code of the complete system 2- Developer Documentation on how to: --- Setup the whole applications --- Change color scheme for template 3- Bug Fixing for Two Months after Delivery TERMS AND CONDITIONS * All the codes that we provide will not be distributed in any way to other party. * All the codes resulting from this project are not to be published openly. * We are free to modify and redistribute the code as we wish. * Hence, all the source codes produced in this project must be delivered to us in a readable way, so that it is possible for us to modify, extend and include it in our bigger system. For the above conditions, the Freelancer would need to sign a Non Disclosure Aggreement.

Hello I have read the description. I am familiar with pytorch and tensorflow, I will be using one of them. My approach would be sequence to sequence modelling, similar to NER. I doubt that merely five instances of gps points is sufficient to categorize, i would like to have labelled stream data, else atleast freedom to ask for a longer sequence. I can think of two approaches namely rnn/lstm to give a stream of labels, one at each data point. The other would be hmm/crf to give a stream of labels. Awaiting your reply Regards

Hello, Sir. I read your opinion seriously. I am able to understand that you need to create a ML script that will understand the exact condition of all vessel that stops at port. So consider we have some sort of data generated everytime new vessel stops at port so ML script needs to calculate that at the time of stoping vessel this type of action will be repeated or speed or any perameter from given table to we need to decide that. We will able to decide based on given data. I don't have tech question as such but i need to know main objective and need to see more sample data to calculate.
