ffmepg command for overlaying image to video at different position at different time

We have a image as watermark to be overlayed to video with the following specifications:-
For first 5 secs, it should be at bottom left, after that at top right..
So its just a 10 min task if you are familier with the ffmpeg.
ffmpeg command to overlay at one position throughout the video is as:-
ffmpeg -i [login to view URL] -i [login to view URL] -filter_complex "overlay=x=(main_w-overlay_w):y=10" [login to view URL]
Sample input files and watermark image is attached.
We just need to modify the above command as per the given requirements.

Hi, it's a pleasure to meet you. I use Sony Vegas to do my video editing, and I believe it would be much simpler to just add the watermark in that program. Please do let me know what you think of this!
