Migrate/adapt python scripts to create new DOTNET CORE Web API

Our hardware venders provide api's to query model and warranty informations by serial or product numbers. We need to have a dotnet core api encapsulate this multiple api's to a unique api. This api will be called by vendor "HP","IBM"... and product and/or serial number. The api must then query the endpoint of the vendors API. For each vendor we need a separate class and configuration section and input validation rules, so we can extend easily the api with more providers in future. We have 4 Vendors to start, for each of this we have found python scripts calling the api as a staring point. We provide api keys and documentation url to the vendors api. The resulting output must be a unified JSON covering all the responses in one type of document.
