NLP expertise needed to clean and fit data

Hi,

We have a short project. Requires expert NLP skills of text cleaning, feature extraction, multi-class/label classification and model fitment.

The task is to build an organisation structure / organnogram given a list of unordered profiles within the organisation.

For example - for a company X with Y employees, we provide their designation and location.

Based on the designation & location of the employee, we predict its function, jobtype & hierarchy.

For example, function = [sales&marketing, hr, finance, IT, ....

jobtype = [hr generalist, hr business partner, compensation & benefits, talent acquisisition, ....

hierarchy = [executive, officer, associate, manager, senior manager, associate director, director,...

With the hierarchy, function, jobtype & location, we arrive at an expected organnogram for the company.
