Python report data extraction using regular expression

Hello, I would like someone to write a python code, to extract the data from a report (column structure) and extract the data to a CSV (or something similar). The report structure is as shown in the attachment, has a header, column names, and data. The report may consist of multiple pages. I require the column titles, and the data to be extracted to a table (CSV or similar format). Note: 1. upon selecting the programmer I will provide you with a sample text file to test your code. 2. the code should be simple and clear, with comments, and use of python regular expression to match the patterns and extract the data from report.
