RFID Help in VB or C#

I have a RFID reader with some cards which I ordered on ebay. Here is a link that describes it and its output: [login to view URL] If you want to see it is like this one: [login to view URL] It comes with a driver which I installed on my windows 7 laptop and a small application which reads and writes to the and from the cards but NO API or SDK. The app works. I have an octobercms web app which needs to capture card data. Scenario one: Administrator generates id from the app and writes the data to the card. Scenario two: User brings their card to the rfid terminal, scans their card and are automatically logged in. I have written the vb windows form app that should capture the data but the it does not read the card properly - the data buffer is empty. Need help fixing this. May have to sift through the python code reverse engineered code to get this to work.
