small arduino and raspberry pi projects - ongoing

I am keen to test some concepts with arduino and raspberry pi and looking for a programmer that is familiar with Aruduino, Rapsberry Pi, esp8266 , Python, and some basic web (basic html - to present data). Knowledge of basic data analysis and presentation would be great - e.g. Python Pandas. As I want to learn python (other then the aurduino C ) I prefer , at least on the raspberry, to focus purely on python. The requirement also include basic circuit information required to connect the sensors, etc - i.e. basic electronics. A series of small projects (ongoing). Documentation is very important for me - not so much the 'looks' but rather that the source code, understanding the working ,etc is very well documented - this is a learning exercise for me - I want to use the code and design to play around/modify and learn. It is OK to link to external sources if they provide explanation. Cost is an issue as is for one system and my learning. My first project - I would like to connect multiple strain/ load cells to measure weight to aruduino - 4 units - collect and represent the data, provide calibration if required, etc. I would like the measure both total weight as well as where the load is placed - i.e. a Cartesian representation of the weight distribution -as well as monitor changes - both in total weight against previous time period as well as changes in distribution within a time period where it is placed.
