I have a python scraper it gets data from a website. I need to modify its procedure. Currently when run, it adds everything to database over and over again. Creating same entry once stopped and run again. I want to be able to check if that specific field exists or not - then write data. Specifically I need this scraper to check a field called 'updated date' on source page and then modify the entry if needed. Once run again it needs to skip if this 'updated date' field is same with the database entry. Thanks
