ReactJS website developer needed

Hello, Our company is looking for someone to build the website for us. We have UI/UX ready and you will be provided with all fonts/colors references as well as .cvg vector graphic files, mobile version layout, etc. Please take a look at the attachment to see how UI/UX of the website should look like. We want to mention a couple of critical things: 1. Website design should be responsive to all screen sizes. We will work together on this to have the best look at all screens. 2. At the beginning of the [login to view URL] (please see attachment) this grid will be 360 movable. So this will be interactive 360 slider, however, it will be rotating left/right only, no up/down rotation. 3. The navigation menu at the top always stuck to the top of the screen. 4. The green arrow in the top sections of some of the pages will slide page down. 5. We want admin panel with no UI, so we can easily add blog posts and portfolio items. In the beginning of your proposal include the estimate on how much time it will take for you to build such website, your reactjs portfolio projects and when can you start the project. Regards.
