React Native PeerJS/WebRTC - Create working NPM package

I need someone to create a working version of [login to view URL] At the moment, I connect from my desktop application to the react native mobile app and that works fine. When I try to call the mobile, the mobile receives the call but the .on('stream') event is never executed. It appears that commits in December 2019 were created to try and fix it but it still doesn't work for me. I need a working version that I can add to my React Native mobile app. Please go into some detail about what you think could be the cause, as all the code is on the github link. I won't hire anyone that just responds with a generic post. Please quote "WEBRTC" so I know this has been read. Thanks for your time!
