Canvass for houses for sale and for rent in Blackpool and Preston

I am looking to hire someone who has a knowledge of the Estate Agency business in the UK, specifically in Blackpool and Preston areas. We are a new Estate Agency and urgently need to have properties on our website - For Sale and To Let. The duty of the Freelance Estate Agent who will contact Landlords and Home Owners and persuade them to instruct us either to sell their houses or to let them out/manage them. This is an urgent job and we need someone who can visit the houses, view them, take photographs etc. We will be happy to pay per secured business once the Properties have been loaded onto our website and the Instruction Contracts have been signed by the Home Owners.
