This person will be working with our direct clients hand in hand with our Sales people to fill in roles as fast as possible
Identify qualified candidates through a number of creative outlets (i.e. job boards, networking
groups, social media, etc.)
Assess candidates through phone screening, interviewing, skills testing, and reference checks
Ensuring excellent attendance, resolving any issues that arise and providing employee and
client satisfaction of our current talent
Consistently meet and exceed weekly and quarterly quotas
Obtain and generate leads and set new meetings with prospective clients.
Must have good knowledge of SAP, UI/UX , Project Management and Software development
Must have knowledge on LinkedIn and other job boards.
Own the full recruitment process from identifying candidates through to offer and onboarding.
Be a solid business partner with your stakeholders to understand and identify recruiting needs.
Take ownership over advertising, filtering and screening applicants. Advertise job openings across multiple channels.
Search databases and available Job Board systems for potential talent - Internet research utilizing search engines, and available tools.
Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for pivotal roles in the business.
Be an expert in identifying effective recruiting trends, understand how they align with AKVARR’s business priorities.
Use competitive analysis to understand hiring needs and recruiting practices of talent competitors.
