3d animation movie

We have a constructions project and would like to make an animated movie for it. We will be present in 3 countries: Spain, Greece and Belgium. We'll be creating new cottage covered areas in Greece and Spain. Will try to do the same in Belgium, but because of too little space in there, we think it will be more likely a flat. Movie will be used to visualize the idea, in order to get good investment in the project. Here are some thoughts on how we think this animation should look like: The movie starts by our logo, then fades in to a monochrome world map which starts to zoom in on Spain. The country name should appear while zooming. Once it is close enough it gets some more detailed view of the area, which looks like an just an empty area, which dries out. From the bird perspective the camera flies over the area, when the area starts getting more attractive, covered by roads, a lot of green lawns star to appear as well, some palm trees, cottages. So now after some time flying over the area we have a huge area where happy ppl can spend a lot of time enjoying life. After that's shown, we can zoom out and switch to a info graphical type of movie, where the whole idea gets explained with 3d icons, animation and text. Voice over should be done as well on that part. So besides the animation, there should be a voice explaining the whole concept. Text should be replaceable so that creating same movie for a different language is just a peace of cake.
