I need to do an interior design for two offices in a single floor within a concrete building. The design includes 3D modeling for the whole floor including internal walls, ceilings, lightings, partitions, furniture...etc A plan will be provided to the freelancer as an AutoCAD file and the freelancer must accomplish the interior design as 3D following the plan provided... The freelancer has two material options to choose from for internal walls, the first is gypsum board and the second is wood (alucobond). The partitions appear inside the plan are frameless glass The plan contains two separate offices in a single floor which will be used for two different businesses.... The freelancer must submit a complete perfectly done 3D model and may need to do some changes using photoshop.... The total floor area is about 160sqm NOTE: No BUDGET CHANGES UNLIMITED REVIEWS=
