ghost writing

I have a number of sections in a report that im doing about penetration testing. I need some help writing sections of this report, For example: 1 - exactly what type of processor is best used for hosting many virtual machines on a single laptop. 2 - What is a Red Team and how is it used within a large organization 3 - dissecting the tactics techniques and procedures for successful Red team operations. There are other sections. But, the three examples gives you a good idea on the subject area i'm writing about. The writing can not be similar or copied from any other source! I will be the primary writer for the project, but i need someone to help with research and articulating specific parts. The product will be around 300 pages but the writer should expect to write about 100 pages (Single spaced, likely around 32,000 words) of well researched information that will be used to help my company articulate, understand, and build a red team capability. I need sourced information, but im not concerned with how the sources are presented. I dont need a well developed source page or anything like that. The writer will also be expected to sign a non-disclosure agreement and agree to forfeit any intellectual property claim. This project will be a process. Expect to get paid as certain sections are completed over the course of a 5 - 6 months timeframe.
