Hello, I saw the offer and was immediately interested in writing for this because I have been a vegan for two years now. I've had many experiences as a vegan, both good and bad, in various places around the United States. Two months ago, I embarked on a road-trip from New York to Oregon, and I came across many states that had either many or few options for vegans. Furthermore, I am the educational manager for the vegan and vegetarian club on my college campus, and through this position I was able to write many informative posts ranging from vegan fashion to the nutritional benefits of being vegan. As someone who travels between the west and east coast, I am able to see how drastically they vary in vegan options. Hi, I am very interested in your project. I am vegan for a little more than a year now, but was a vegetarian for a few years before that. I am currently living in Cherbourg, a small city in the west of Normandy, in France, but lived four years (while being a vegetarian and becoming a vegan) in Le havre, a bigger city in the east of Normandy. I often go to Paris and love to try out vegan restaurants there. I like to cook, but I always look for new things in supermarket that I can eat without cooking to live my lazy life and to be more accepted as a vegan in my family. I would really love to help anyone to build something concerning the vegan community. I think it is very important to grow accessibility to veganism, to guide anyone who needs a guide for example tourists or just newbies, and to grow awareness. It is easy to build vegan in our country because many people here, especially the oldest is very concious when it comes into their health. I'm sure many will join to yout advocacy. Relevant Skills and Experience I encounter lot of people whose health concious especially the elders. And my grandfather is one of them. Here in the Philippines, elders can reach upto 100 years old because of being vegetarian.
