Post this, I'll prepare a slide or 2 on key questions and hypotheses that need to be answered and validated. Only after we align on this, I'll start to listen to interviews and identify answers for key questions. I'll also create a presentation in MS Powerpoint - I can do Nvivo too but Powerpoint will be a considerably faster turnaround. Timeline - 1-1.5 day for context and desk research on the topic. 9-10 hours for listening to interviews and summarizing. 4-6 days for report generation(also accounts for iterations with you). Total = 7-9 days. Deliverables - Excel Summary from each interview focused only on how the respondent reacted to the key business question and any emotional reactions that surfaced during the interview; and a Powerpoint deck (can also do Nvivo with more time) with the consolidated results, recommendations, and supporting quotes.
