You are a System Analyst for a new software-house which is planning to develop software for a multitude of clients. CheesyPies has engaged your company to produce a web based system with database to improve their business efficiency.

CheesyPies is a new franchise based restaurant, serving all kinds of cheese based delicacies. At present, there are only 3 restaurants in the Klang Valley, and they are planning to expand to have at least 3 branches in each state in the country by 2020. They currently serve walk-in customers in their shops located around Kuala Lumpur. They also receive calls and email orders from customers and deliver the orders to their door step. As their business grows, CheesyPies would like to have a better management of their orders, inventory and relationship with the customers. The vision of CheesyPies is to be a market leader in the use of technology to provide the best possible customer service with the broadest range of cheesy delights.
