Hello, Having been vegan for two and a half years and a massive foodie, I would be the perfect person to complete this task. I have extensive knowledge of the vegan/vegetarian market in Perth, Australia having worked for a vegan cafe and living as a vegan myself. Through my recent travels, I also have knowledge of the vegan/vegetarian scene in other cities in Australia (e.g. Melbourne, Sydney) and in most parts of Asia (e.g. Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Vietnam, Singapore).
